Before you activate
Make sure the customer tenant has a clear telephony plan before the marketplace entitlement goes live.
- Verify phone numbers Confirm the numbers are owned, provisioned, and allowed to receive the relevant traffic.
- Check routing Ensure inbound and outbound call handling paths are understood by the tenant admin.
- Confirm caller identity Decide which phone number or alias will be used for the assistant.
- Test webhooks Validate callback endpoints and firewall rules before production use.
- Prepare fallback contacts Have a support contact ready in case the provider or number needs review.
Marketplace safety rule
Do not complete marketplace activation until telephony prerequisites are confirmed.
This avoids activating a subscription that cannot place or receive calls.
