VoxMe Marketplace Terms
Marketplace buyers agree to these terms when they subscribe to VoxMe.
1. Service model
VoxMe is offered as a marketplace SaaS subscription. A separate companion connector may be used for customer-tenant integration, but it does not create a second commercial offer.
2. Billing and entitlement
Microsoft marketplace billing is authoritative for marketplace-acquired tenants. Direct customers may continue to use the existing VoxMe billing path during transition.
3. User responsibilities
Customers are responsible for lawful use, consent where required for recording, and correct configuration of their telephony and identity settings.
4. Service limits
Availability, call quality, and third-party dependencies are subject to operational limits and external service constraints.
5. Suspension and termination
VoxMe may suspend access for security, compliance, billing, or entitlement reasons. Access resumes only when the underlying issue is resolved.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after notice means you accept the updated terms.
