VoxMe Marketplace Privacy Policy
Applies to marketplace-acquired tenants and companion connector deployments.
VoxMe processes customer data to provide voice calling, assistant behavior, provisioning, entitlement checks, support, and product reliability. Marketplace billing metadata and tenant linkage records are used only to operate the subscription and activation flow.
Collected data
We may collect account and tenant identifiers, subscription status, activation tokens, voice call recordings, transcripts, logs, and connector registration events.
Use of data
Data is used to deliver the service, authenticate users, manage the marketplace entitlement, troubleshoot issues, and maintain usage and support records.
Retention
Subscription, activation, and usage records are retained according to VoxMe retention rules and applicable legal obligations. Call recordings and transcripts are handled separately from subscription metadata.
Sharing
VoxMe may rely on service providers to run the platform and process data required to operate the service. We do not sell customer data.
Rights and contact
Customers can request access, correction, or deletion where applicable by contacting support. For marketplace concerns, include the tenant ID and subscription reference.
